They manage to combine the pleasant taste of banana, aromatic coconut, protein and of course - oatmeal, without the presence of animal products.
If you want to make a quick breakfast that does not take you much time, but satisfies you for a long time - then this recipe is perfect for you!
Over the last few years the world of The "pancakes" managed to completely change his appearance. New recipes for classic pancakes with chocolate or made from vegetables (zucchini, spinach) are constantly appearing; protein ones, or - vegan. They are created so that they can satisfy every taste, even the most demanding.
After many attempts and experiments, I present you a recipe that will satisfy the hunger even of people who do not consume animal products.

Ingredients:
One large ripe banana (or two smaller ones) - 110 g - can replace the banana with an egg if you want the pancakes to be thicker
Half a box of blueberries or 50 gr.
40 g of coconut flour
50 g oatmeal
120 gr. oat flakes - I used a mix with pieces of natural chocolate
Three drops of vanilla essence
50 ml. coconut milk
One teaspoon of coconut oil
One teaspoon of protein powder (I used a vegan one) - you can exclude it from the recipe if you don't like the protein taste
One teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
50 g muscovado
After presenting you with the necessary ingredients, it's time to roll up our sleeves and move on to preparing these. fragrant and fluffy pancakes!
