For spaghetti:

Slice two large zucchini into a spaghetti machine for vegetable spaghetti.

Sauce:

1 cup of dried tomatoes in olive oil

1/2 cup of basil leaves (whole or chopped)

Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice or other spices you like.

To make the sauce:

Mash half of the tomatoes. Then mix them with the remaining tomatoes. Add olive oil and mix the spices with the spaghetti, stirring well. Wait 10-15 minutes, then stir once more.
