After the wonderful Christmas and New Year's lift and the accompanying table, sprinkled with food and drink, it is time for a light holiday detox and to get back in shape. Here is my suggestion for a light and delicious salad rich in vitamins so necessary for our body during the winter season.

Necessary products:    

½ large red potatoes

1 apple

½ medium sized beet

1 lemon juice

½ parsley connection

a few cloves of garlic

sesame seeds

olives

olive oil

In a blender, chop potatoes, apples and beets. Add lemon juice, parsley and garlic, and season with olive oil. Divide the salad into two bowls and garnish with sesame and some olives. Optionally add a slice of toasted whole grain bread.
