What Are Essential Oils And What Benefits Do They Have For Human?
The use of essential oils in everyday life brings innumerable benefits to the physical and mental health of man. Technically speaking, essential oils themselves are not exactly oils because they do not contain fatty acids. They have a high concentration of plant components and this is the main factor that makes them extremely useful - they are natural remedies. To extract only a small amount of essential oil, huge reserves of the plant from which it is extracted are required. Take for example the rose oil extracted from the Bulgarian rose, our national symbol. To obtain 450 grams of rose oil, about 1800 kg of Bulgarian roses are needed. This fact explains why the price of some types of essential oils is so high.
Essential oils are very quick and easy to use. Can be used for:

- Essential oils are organic substances extracted from the juices of certain plants. The basic elements contained in them help the body regain its balance and quickly and easily recover from the harmful chemical action of antibiotics.
- Essential oils contain oxygen molecules that enter the human body, nourish and strengthen the cells.
