These cracked rice crackers are thin and very crunchy. They are an excellent substitute for bread, but they are also perfect as a snack or snack. I intended to serve them for dinner, but they never made it to the table. We robbed them from the tray !!! I guarantee they are delicious, it is worth doubling the dose!

130 grilled rice flour
100 grilled flour
100 ml. water
3-4 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil (or two of coconut oil)
pinch of salt
- Preparation instructions
Put the flour together with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the oil and water, little by little, until smooth and smooth. Knead for a few minutes, make a ball and let it rest for 15 min wrapped in stretch. When the time is up, put the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll out with a rolling pin. Fold it three inwards and roll it out again. Repeat the operation several times to obtain a "leaf" dough. Finally roll out the dough and remove the top sheet of paper.
Cut with a curly pizza knife. Sprinkle with some water and sprinkle with salt and poppy seeds. Bake in an oven with a fan of 170-180 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden.
