This salad is a great and delicious side dish, perfect for the winter months when everyone needs comfort. I also love cauliflower and potatoes, and when I combine them, I get recipes, favorite for the little ones and the big ones!
The amount of garlic can vary according to your taste. It can be supplemented with onion and pepper (optional).

300 c. Cauliflower
400 gr. Potatoes
20 olives
2 garlic cloves
1 parsley connection
3 tablespoons of olive oil (extra virgin)
salt (black pepper)
1 lemon or vinegar
- Preparation instructions
Peel the cauliflower by removing the outer leaves.
Cut the roses and wash them well.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Boil potatoes and cauliflower in steam or in boiling water, and it is best to put the potatoes first. 5-10 Add cauliflower minutes later. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add the olives, washed and saturated parsley, the chopped cloves of garlic, salt, olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar (optional).
Mix well the cauliflower and potato salad. Allow it to stand for an hour to taste better and serve! Enjoy your meal!
