5 servings
Burgers:
1 sweet potato
2/3 tea cup green onions (or onions)
1 red pepper
4 dates
5 tbsp. ground flax seeds
4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
4 large mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, basil, turmeric, red pepper (to taste)
Potatoes:
1 radish (the size depends on how hungry you are)
1 tsp vegetable oil (optional, but recommended)
Salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, basil, turmeric, red pepper (to taste)
Homemade ketchup:
1-2 tomatoes
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Salt to taste)
3 dates
Water or lemon juice (if necessary)
To make burgers:
Prepare and wash the vegetables as needed and cut them into pieces. Mash the ingredients until they become a thick mixture (do not blend for too long). It is good that the pieces are visible. Taste of your choice. Then shape into patties and set aside to dry for about 3-4 hours, or use the oven on low heat.
To make potatoes:
Peel the turnips and cut them like potatoes. Rub oil and spices. Leave in the dehydrator for 3 hours or at low temperature in the stove.
To make ketchup:
Pass all the spices until creamy. Add water if necessary. Taste. Serve the burgers with fries and ketchup, with the addition of lettuce, tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, onions, cabbage, avocado, or anything else you prefer. Enjoy the aromatic taste!
