  • Necessary products

50 ml maple syrup

50 ml orange juice

50 grams of coconut oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 / 2 vanilla

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

about 200 grams of flour

for the filling:

50 grams of marmalade or 50 grams of organic chocolate 71%

  • Preparation instructions

In a bowl, mix syrup, juice, coconut oil, lemon peel and vanilla. Then add little by little of the flour mixed with the baking powder. Place on a countertop and knead until smooth. Make a ball and place in a refrigerator wrapped in stretch wrap to cool for about 15 minutes, but it can be rolled out immediately. Preheat oven to 160-180 ° C.

After this time, sprinkle with a working surface of the flour, take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin: it should be about 3-4 mm thick. Cut out circles with a plate and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. With the rest of the dough, spread another sheet and cut more circles of the same diameter that you will cut into a smaller center. Put the cookies in the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven to 160-180 ° C. As soon as they begin to brown, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool on a grid.

Now take the whole cookie and spread with a sweet or melted, water bath, chocolate. Put a cookie with a hole on it.
